The Trust intends to start a Bachelor of Architecture course initially and as it progresses, it intends to develop at the earliest the College of Architecture as one of the finest College for the North East States of India.
It shall further develop Master’s Course in Architecture with a full fledged infrastructure and faculty. In the near future the Trust shall also include course of allied Arts for the benefit of Architectural course.

The North East India with her eight States, has her own unique heritage in culture and architecture.
Being the premier institute in the NE Region the school shall preserve the cultural heritage and shall be premier to give modernization its true meaning in architecture yet with a culture flavour.

The institute shall evolve with the cultural heritage of the region where the designs would be sensitive to the natural environ of the place than being dictated by the technologies.

Sustainable architecture is the mission of the school.

The school has but one premium aim to evolve culturally and bring the disciplines in architecture; sustainable for ages to come in the North East Region.

To train individuals as competent professionals, qualified by educators, experience, and recognized skills, who identifies, researches and creatively solves problems pertaining to the function and quality of the Architectural environment – perform service related to Urban and Rural contexts, including programming, design, analysis, space planning, aesthetics and inspection of work on site, using specialized knowledge of construction, building systems, and components, building regulations, equipment, material and furnishing and also to prepare drawing and documentation related to design in order to enhance the quality of life and protect, health, safety, and the welfare of the public.

• Publish adequate and realistic information regarding the   program objectives and the course of study to allow   assessment of the program and choices related to career   objectives.

• University examinations conducted at Third year   & Fifth year.
• First year, Second year and Fourth year   examinations by the College.
• Practical training of 14 to 16 weeks at Fifth   year.

• 25000 sq.ft. of building area.

• Passed XII (10+2 or equivalent with min 50%   marks in aggregate or 10+3 (45% for reservation category   candidates) with Mathematics as   subjects.
• Passed any Govt. recognised Diploma
• The candidate shall have to appear for aptitude   test (NATA)
